Popped in with a boot problem, no pre-booking. Explained the problems with my boot mechanisms and rear camera issues. Darren said straight away that it sounds like an electrical fault with some wires as all the problems are in the same area. No mention that any expensive parts are needed. As I’m not local to here, he looked at my car straight away and found the faults and asked if I was ok to wait while he fixed it; and the.ln ran full diagnostics for me. Couldn’t ask for faster, better or more honest service. Karen on reception was very pleasant to deal with while I waited too. Would 100% recommend.

Brilliant experience with these guys. Sorted out my car nice and quick, at a good price. When I had to go back to check another issue they were extremely helpful and also provided a courtesy vehicle. Daniel at the front desk is friendly and professional, providing clear communication the whole time. Would absolutely recommend and will use again if need be!
